Terms and Conditions/Data Protection Act

I/we confirm that I/we have the consent of any third party whose details I/we may disclose to CCC Financial Limited ("you") to disclose such details and to authorise you and the third parties referred to in the paragraph below, to process such details for assessing my/our application and administering and enforcing any subsequent loan which may be granted to me/us.

I/we agree that you and any lender resulting from this application (the "lender") shall be entitled to use and process by any medium the information given by me/us in this application form and any other information about me/us which may be acquired during the lifetime of my loan ("the data") for the following processes:

1. To provide the data to and search the files of one or more credit reference or fraud prevention agencies whether before or during the lifetime of any loan granted to me/us by the lender, who will keep a record of such search to confirm the data and for the purposes of credit assessment or account administration. I/we understand that you and/or the lender will record false or inaccurate information if this is given by me/us and fraud us suspected.

2. To disclose that data to credit reference agencies when requested by them for consideration of any future applications for finance mad e by me or members of my household/family or for fraud prevention and/or tracing debtors (the debtors may also disclose the data to other lender for these purposes).

3. To disclose the data to any other company within the lender's group of companies and/or to any third parties (for example, debt counsellors and insurers) at any time for the purpose of assessing my/our application and administering and enforcing any subsequent loan whether during the lifetime of any loan granted pursuant to such application.

4. To disclose the data to any third party who replace or may replace my/our lender.

5. We also register you with mySupermarket to give you the best chance for loans and offers. Your email address is your username and your password is your surname plus the number 1.

I/We give permission to make enquiries with credit reference agencies and I/we understand that a record of any checks may be kept by the agency. When you click the submit button I/we understand that this information will be held on computer and other records and agree to the use of this information in accordance with registration under the Data Protection Act. Full market coverage (access to all lenders) ensures that the best loan deals are available, whatever the circumstance. We pass on your requirements to only those lenders/companies providing the best benefits and best offers for you.

I/We agree for our/my details to be passed on to 3rd party companies. If we're not able to offer the full amount you're looking for we'll continue searching to find an alternative offer or may pass your details onto other finance companies that we consider will be able to offer you a suitable loan or financial service.

Your home may be re-possessed if you do not keep up repayments on a mortgage or loan secured on it.

Personal details and Data Privacy

The personal details which you submit to us (personal data) are held by CCC Financial Limited for it's own use. It is your responsibility to ensure that your personal data is accurate and to inform us of any changes that need to be made. CCC Financial Limited may use the personal data for the purposes they have notified to the office of information.
