Tenant Loans We're about getting your unsecured loan to you as fast and with as little hassle as possible. We can offer from £100 to £1500 the same day, and up to £25,000 if you can wait a little longer. Bad credit need not be a problem as we do not credit check. There are many reasons for wishing to raise money from a loan facility. CCC Finance have appointed Lenders, with over 150 branches in the UK, who will provide tenant loan advances to tenants, with or without adverse credit history. We have completed new agreements with our tenant lender panel where the Underwriters are more considerate, and certainly more flexible than most other advertised schemes. Basic Requirements for a Tenant Loan: The following is supplied as a general guide only, as each application is assessed on its own merit. You require a Tenant Loan and are in full time employment. You require a Tenant Loan and are paid by computerised pay slips. Your require a Tenant Loan and Bank account accepts a Direct Debit facility. You require a Tenant Loan and have proof of identification and residence - normally utility bills. [In most circumstances a mobile telephone is acceptable - copy mobile account/agreement required] Processing Procedures The Lender branch will contact you by telephone to discuss your application OR You can contact the nearest Branch to discuss your application Note : When you submit your application to CCC Finance, you will be given the opportunity to find the details of the nearest Lender Branch The Lender underwrites the application for final approval. The Lender contacts you to arrange for you to call in at the Branch Office, and will advise you what proofs they require to see, for example utility bills, telephone bill, bank statement, rent book, passport, driving license - but not all of these.) The branch will arrange for you to sign the Loan agreement, check the proofs you have brought with you. The cheque will be issued to you at the Branch.
