Loans available for the majority of Nationalities for either House Purchase orre-financing for other purposes including Home Improvements.

Type of Loan:Repayment or Endowment only

Minimum:£ 20,000 with no maximum, subject to 85% of valuation (85% LTV). Higherpercentage loans are available if the property is to be a main residence.

We have a flourishing 'self cert' scheme both in Sterling and Dollar. It's very popular and has the same interest rates as full status.

Proof of Income: It is a requirement in all cases that borrowers are able to provide proof ofincome. The definition of income may vary from one lender to the next, butgenerally comprises earned income, pension, rental income and investment income.Each lender may have a different approach in making allowance for a particulartype of income, when they establish the maximum loan available for a borrower.

Non-status loans are not available at this stage.
