We have overseas mortgage lenders who will :- give 100% mortgages accept adverse credit history mortgages with no deposits.

Type of Loan: available on a Repayment basis only

Minimum: HUF 1,000,000 or an equivalent amount in foreign exchange

Maximum loan amount:

• Individual applications: 70% LTV  (Maximum 50m HUF, €200,000)

Effectively non-status, as long as you can provide income statements/pay slips and bank statements. These documents are not used in calculating how much you can borrow

If cannot provide any documentation, then 40% LTV

• Company applications (Bt & Kft): 50% LTV

We have a flourishing 'self cert' scheme both in Sterling and Dollar. It's very popular and has the same interest rates as full status.

Proof of Income: Non-Status loans are available - see above

Term:

• Individual applications: 25 Years

• Company applications: 10 Years

Current Interest Rate:

• Individual applications: 5.99% for Euro and 5.49% Swiss Franc

• Company Applications:   3 month EURIBOR + 5% = 7.35% (Euro)
                                      3 month CHF LIBOR + 6% = 6.955% (Swiss Franc)

Above rates include all handling charges applied by lender

All Hungarian lenders build in a compulsory service charge into the above rates which is paid along with the interest payment in a single monthly payment. The interest rate is the total cost to the borrower.

The frequency of the interest payments will influence the effective annual interest rate and hence the monthly repayment.
