The Melton Mowbray Building Society was incorporated in 1875 as a Mutual Building Society for the benefit of the people of Melton Mowbray and the surrounding area.
The primary purpose of the Society remains to provide savings schemes and mortgage finance and personal financial advice and services to Members within its territorial area. We are proud of our friendly and efficient service which is demonstrated daily through 4 local Branch Offices and 12 Agency Offices. We can also record that our Directors remain firmly committed to securing the Society's future as a strong local Mutual Building Society, as they consider this to be in the best interests of its Members.
